East Coast Service Centre will provide replacement vehicles to
customers, over the age of 25, based on the following terms
and conditions:
- A courtesy vehicle can be booked upon booking in your
vehicle, bearing in mind that suitable notice is required.
- A
photocopy of your driver's license will be taken (No
vehicle can be released without proof that the customer holds
a current driver's license).
- A courtesy vehicle will
have fuel. All we require is that the vehicle is returned with
the same fuel level as when it was
taken. A charge equivalent to the estimated amount required to return
the vehicle to it's original fuel level will be applied
if the vehicle is returned without the correct level.
- East
Coast Service Centre agree to hire this vehicle at $27.50 per
day including GST. This fee is calculated to cover registration,
insurance and servicing only.
- The Courtesy Vehicle Agreement
Form must be signed and completed by the customer, before the
car is issued or taken.
- If the courtesy vehicle
is not returned on the same day a further day's fee
will be charged. Unless arrangements are made with the Service
Manager.
- Without your co-operation, customers who have booked
a replacement vehicle the following day will be inconvenienced.
There will
be no exception to these terms and conditions unless approved
by the Service Manager.
- An insurance excess will be payable
if damage is incurred whilst the vehicle is in your care,
whether it is caused by you or
another party. Excess payable is subject to the following table:

Safety Certificate Inspection
Centre At East Coast
Service Centre, we can conduct a fully certified
Roadworthy Inspection or Safety Certificate Inspection. A Safety
Certificate is a compulsory certification required if you are
looking to sell, or transfer ownership of your vehicle.
East Coast Coolant Flush Service
Providing your engine with fresh coolant every 12 months, increases
the longevity of your engine and also decreases your risk of
having an over heat during our hot summer days. Ask about a coolant
flush next time you book your service.

development and implementation of an environmental and waste
management program.
We will continue to strive towards exceeding the level of compliance
required by law and the relevant Australian Standards. Please
ask our staff if you require further details.
On the bottom of your invoice is a sundry and environmental
levy. This fee covers our environmental obligations for consumable
items and the safe removal and recycling of oils, filters and
contaminated waste.
